Key Locations: Metropolitan Sydney area including surrounding suburbs.
Minimum Size Requirements: looking for 1,300sqm-5,000sqm of land to suit a minimum of 60 places and generally a maximum of 150 places.
Further Commentary: Open to raw, DA Approved and turnkey sites as well as existing centers. Happy to also consider leasing options fitting a similar description.

Residential Development Brief

Key Locations: Upmarket Sydney areas including but not limited to Northern and Eastern Sydney, City Fringe and Inner West.
Minimum Size Requirements: Looking for DA Approved residential apartment development sites of 30-70 apartments with a project value of over $25 million, or net return of $5m. Also looking for 650sqm+ land lots with a minimum of 15 metres frontage in upmarket areas.
Further Commentary: Looking at preferably conservative areas, well receptive to a bespoke or upmarket product. Will consider smaller or larger sites, townhouse sites or residential subdivision sites if returns are justified.
